Licence

The Gitorii source code is dual-licensed, at your option, under either the Apache License 2.0 or the MIT licence. You may choose either. Nothing on this site adds a condition to that grant.

Contributions are accepted under the Developer Certificate of Origin 1.1 — sign your commits with torii save -s (or git commit -s). Unless you state otherwise, anything you contribute is dual-licensed on the same terms.

Trademark

Torii and Gitorii, and the associated logos, are trademarks of Pasqual Peñalver. The licence above covers the source code only.

You may fork the code, modify it and redistribute it under either licence. What you may not do is use these names, or names confusingly similar to them, in a way that suggests your fork is the official project or is endorsed by it. Rename your fork and the licence gives you everything else.

Who publishes this site

gitorii.com is published by Pasqual Peñalver Collado, part of Syrakon, a group of developers building tools for developers.

Contact: security@gitorii.com for anything touching security, including the coordinated disclosure of a vulnerability. The repository's issue tracker is the right place for everything else.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as set out in the licence you chose. That includes the secret scanner: it detects the patterns it knows about, and finding nothing is not proof that there is nothing to find.
