Making Git human-first for everyone.
Gitorii was created to simplify Git repository management across multiple platforms. Developers should focus on building great software, not wrestling with complex commands and platform-specific workflows. Git was designed for Linus, by Linus โ Gitorii is designed for everyone.
Gitorii started as a personal project to solve a real problem: managing repositories across GitHub, GitLab, and self-hosted servers was unnecessarily complicated.
What began as a simple CLI tool has grown into a platform with snapshots, mirrors, secret scanning, and the Gate workflow language โ with a TUI, GUI, and IDE extensions on the roadmap.
The core CLI is and will always be free and open-source under MIT.
Complex tasks should be simple to execute. No manual pages required.
Work seamlessly across GitHub, GitLab, Codeberg, Gitea, Forgejo and more.
Open about development, pricing, and business practices. See our transparency page.
Gitorii is a solo project built by a developer who got tired of the same Git friction everyone experiences. Every feature comes from a real need. Feedback shapes the roadmap directly โ open an issue on GitLab or GitHub.
Gitorii is built in Barcelona and rooted in European values: privacy by design, transparency over dark patterns, and long-term relationships over short-term extraction. We take your data seriously and treat our legal commitments as first-class product features, not afterthoughts.
